Hyesoo PARK has been exploring the notion of “normal” around us through extensive research. Perfect Family. Inc, a project that she launched in 2019, is both the title of her work and the name of a fictional company. This fictitious corporation, which provides role-playing, telephone work, and wellness services, redefines the traditional notion of a family based on blood ties in an imaginary future society where the Life Partnership Act of 2030 has been enacted, and proposes a new yet very realistic family form for the near future.
