This is the [Guide to North Korean Food] where the North Korean Defectors teach North Korean Food recipes such as dumpling soup and tofu rice to the 4th APAP participating artist Conflict Kitchen. It was done with the members of the quilt club consisting of women from North and South, the artists learned the whole process of the necessary steps to finish the dishes with the teachers, from buying groceries, and prepping the ingredients to cooking. The participants made dumplings by putting in the filling made with many ingredients including steamed cabbage, and tofu rice by filling in rice after deep frying tofu, they naturally shared their stories about the food and memories related to the food. The subjects of their conversations were about daily life and food in the South and North Korea, politics, holidays and family, and diet and fashion. Meanwhile, they prepared seafood pancake, which is a South Korean food, and Natillas that is a Cuban dessert on top of dumpling soup and tofu rice.
