After learning the recipes to make dumpling soup and Tofu rice in their first visit to Anyang, Conflict Kitchen presented North Korean Menu in a restaurant in Pittsburg for the first time. The [Live Table] prepared by Conflict Kitchen on their next visit to Anyang is an occasion to prepare a table together to share food and conversations, in the morning of Anyang to start a day, that is the evening of Pittsburg to wrap up a day, and at night or at dawn of another place. They made potato pancake and beef and turnip soup, and same as the time of the [North Korean Food Guide] the members of the quilt club participated in the [Live Table]. Cooking process of these two dishes were broadcasted through video calling to the applicants of all over the world-not only to the kitchen staff of the Conflict Kitchen, but to 8 teams who logged on from 7 place including Buenos Aires in Argentina, Washington, Cincinnati, Phoenix, and etc. Based on the recipes they shared beforehand, the applicants prepared the ingredients and learned how to make the dishes from the cooking instructors of the quilt club, and they set the table with the finished food and ate them at each of their locations. While they eat, they talked about the North Korean Food and their food culture.
