Choi questions and deals with issues related to the impreciseness of perception.
He held five solo shows including SERENDIPITIES (Project Space Sarubia, Seoul, 2011) and participated in APMAP: REVERSCAPE (Amore Pacific Beauty Campus, Osan, 2013), No Comment(Museum of Art Seoul National University, Seoul, 2013), Art Spectrum (Leeum,Samsung Museum of Art, Seoul, 2012),Biennale Giovani Monza (Villa Reale, Monza, 2011), My dears… Happiness consists of being able to tell the truth without hurting anyone (Mongin Art Center, Seoul, 2010), and What Happened at the Amusement Park (Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art, Ansan, 2010). Following residencies with the Changdong Art Studio (2010) and the Gyeonggi Creation Center (2011), he is currently a resident artist of Mongin Art Space.
