The 4th APAP featured public art production with 26 artists (team) for about one year starting from Spring 2013. The subject of production is various including Anyang, APAP, art, experience, preservation, identity, public, city, scenery, place, history, time, and etc, and we can say that the completed artworks through them are output of artistically exploring public media, affect, and common resources that are the ultimate theme of the 4th APAP. The forms of completed works are diverse in the category of their genre such as archive, video, performance, documentation, installation, program, sound, and etc. The exhibit of the 4th APAP was presented by Yongju Kwon’s design. Yongju Kwon rearranged the space of the Kim Chung Up Architecture Museum into the exhibit hall with his colleagues by getting his motif from dismantled artworks of the APAP working with the Artwork Preservation/Maintenance Project.
