Park Hyoseon uses oriental painting techniques and works on traditional Korean ceramics and patterns. The shape of the circle that often appears in the artist’s work is the expression of the artist who tries to sublimate traditional beauty to represent the present and the past. In this project, the artist will set up two exhibition spaces, one on the streets of the store [Yeousai] and the other on the art park stairway. In the exhibition at the shop, the artistsinstalled paintings expressing ceramics and traditional patterns in their own language, and newly created objects were placed on the ceiling, inspired bypine decorations installed in existing shops. In the outdoor staircase space, two types of works suitable for the space were selected from among the existing artists and printed in a sheet format. The artworks were cut according to the steps of each staircase, and the stairs themselves were transformed into one exhibition hall by connecting them one after another.
