They are benches made with different angled backboards, located looking over the stream and with the Mt. Samseong in the background. Unlike usual benches, the backboards of the [Nap Deck] start from a vertical angle, and the slope increases. Hence, you can sit on it like a chair at the end of the bench, but when you get to the middle, you can almost lie down and rest.
The architect hoped that audience could enjoy the nature of the Anyang Art Park in most comfortable position through the [Nap Deck]. A Japanese architecture group, CLIP also installed [Forest Road] and [Turning Point] in the forest of Mt. Samseong using the same subject.
